Flowers

Alan Whicher began his career in the Washington, D.C. field office under President Gerald Ford and served on the presidential details of George H.W. Bush and William J. Clinton.   President Clinton put flowers on Alan Whicher’s Chair on April 21, 2010, when he was in Oklahoma City to receive the Reflections of Hope Award from the Oklahoma City National Memorial.
