International Design Competition Model

Memorialization

There were 624 submissions in the International Design Competition to create the Outdoor Symbolic Memorial.

This wooden model of the Outdoor Symbolic Memorial was made by Hans and Torrey Butzer and Sven Berg for the Stage II of the Design Competition. Ultimately, this design unanimously won the competition.
